Our cold smoked Atlantic salmon filet skin-on is smoked from fresh. Sustainably farmed (aquaculture) in the cold, clear waters of the Bay of Fundy, raised on a natural diet from sustainable sources. The salmon filets are dry-cured in a custom kosher salt and brown sugar. After curing the salmon is smoked naturally with natural hardwood chips, until it has just the right amount of smoky flavor. No additives, preservatives, artificial flavors or colorants have been used. 4-star BAP, MSC and Ocean Wise certification.
